I just wanted to update you on the happenings at Newt's John Wayne Site. CLICK HERE for a list of films starring John Wayne on TV showing this month.

• It is contest time again. This time it is a Valentine's Day DVD Contest. It doesn't have anything to do with the Duke this time but we have to keep busy until he comes riding back into town. This is a straight giveaway blind drawing of five prizes of romantic themed DVDs from Hollywood's past. So stop burning daylight and enter the contest, it ends February 18th.
  

• With John Wayne's 100th birthday coming on May 26th we should be thinking of ways to celebrate, maybe even have a contest for the best ideas. Send me your thoughts at the comments link below.
