Paramount Home Video is adding to its Centennial DVD Collection with May 19th releases of two John Wayne westerns - El Dorado (1967) and The Man Who Shot Liberty Valance (1962). Both of these releases are new 2-Disc Sets with lots of special features. Check out the review pages for all of the special features of these new releases.

On Turner Classic Movies (TCM) channel this month John Wayne films are few in number, click the link to see which ones will be showing. This month TCM is having several documentaries and interviews of well known directors, these showing are also listed. Plus a listing for BULLFIGHTER AND THE LADY, this film was produced by John Wayne and starred Robert Stack and directed by Budd Boetticher in 1951. Later in the decade (1956) this producer and director teamed up for 7 Men From Now starring Randolph Scott and Gail Russell.
